Terms and Conditions of Promotion
Promotion name: WIN A YEAR’S WORTH OF SWIMMING LESSONS
Key Information:
The total value of the year’s worth of swimming is $950.00 for one student only. Just Swimming is giving away one voucher for one year worth of swimming lessons and 3 prize packs each to the value of $75.00. This promotion commences on 11/03/2019 and concludes on 5/04/2019. Payment in full means the total amount payable on the family invoice. The year’s worth of swimming lessons will commence on Monday 15th July 2019, and conclude on Sunday 28th June 2020 and cannot be transferred into the following terms.
Who may enter:
This promotion is applicable for existing Just Swimming Swim School families who pay their swimming fees for Term 2, 2019 in full and by Friday 5th April, 2019. Employees of Just Swimming and Nunawading Swimming Club cannot enter and this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Winner selection and Notification:
On Tuesday 9th April 2019, all customers who have paid their fees in full and by 5/04/19, will be automatically placed into the draw to win the voucher. After the winner is drawn, 3 winners of the prize packs will also be drawn. Winners will be notified on 9/4/2019. The winner will be required to agree to Just Swimming promoting their success through various avenues including in our customer newsletter, on our website and via social media.
