While we navigate through this new normal, we’re still keeping a keen eye on Government updates, just like you. Our last communication advised we will close our four swim schools until further notice. But if we’re honest, we had our fingers and toes crossed that we could reopen at the start of Term 2. As we’ve said before, our priority is the health and safety of our customers and staff, so as soon as we’re informed that it’s 100% safe to commence swimming lessons, you’ll be the first to know. (and we’ll be on deck with a nice BIG warm welcome).
Since our communication with you about the closures, we’ve been overwhelmed with the support and kind messages. There is no question this was a tough decision given at the time of closing there were no confirmed cases of Coronavirus. However, we are now confident we made the right decision for everyone. So thank you so much for your support and understanding.
Here at Just Swimming, we’ve been using this time behind the scenes to look at our current processes, structure, and coming together to ask “what can we do better” for our customers. We’re doing this so when you return, it’s the best experience possible.
But, with all the COVID-19 restrictions, we’re certainly feeling it – just like everyone. And we want to acknowledge, this is a bizarre time, right?
