Seal group is designed to teach correct and efficient freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke technique whilst incorporating additional water safety strategies throughout the level.

Seal group provides a consolidation of freestyle and backstroke whilst maintaining technique over distance. Breaststroke kick and lifesaving backstroke are developed in this level. Breaststroke arms are introduced. Diving skills are also introduced in this level.

All swim classes are conducted by friendly, qualified and experienced instructors and focus on your child’s individual development in sequential progressive stages.

Seal Bronze focuses on the development of multiple stroke cycles in freestyle and backstroke also correct breaststroke kick.

Seal Silver provides a consolidation of freestyle and backstroke whilst maintaining technique over distance.  Seal silver also includes consolidation of breaststroke kick and introduction to breaststroke pull.  Diving skills are developed in this level.

Seal Gold consolidates skills learnt in the previous Seal levels and provides the development of freestyle and backstroke towards 50 metres.  The correct coordination of breaststroke arms, legs and breathing is introduced to swimmers in this level.
