Penguin group is designed to teach correct and efficient swimming technique and additional water safety strategies throughout the level.

Penguin group focuses on development of independent mobility and propulsion, coordination of kicking and armstrokes in freestyle and backstroke, introduction to side breathing on front and extension of water safety skills.

All classes are conducted by friendly, qualified and experienced instructors and focus on your child’s individual development in sequential progressive stages.

Penguin Bronze focuses on the further development of independent mobility and propulsion, coordination of kicking and armstrokes, consolidation of freestyle arms and breathing and extension of water safety skills.

Penguin Silver provides an extension of freestyle and backstroke, coordination of armstrokes and breathing and further practice of safety skills.

Penguin Gold consolidates skills learnt in the previous Penguin groups and provides efficient coordination of armstrokes, breathing and kicking in freestyle and backstroke for a distance of 12 metres. Breaststroke kick is introduced in this level and survival backstroke.
Efficient water safety skills are required.
