There are many different employment opportunities within the Just Swimming organisation. We are always looking for people with great personalities, a passion for working with children, and a sense of fun. You'll need to love the water, have a great attitude and a desire to learn.



Just Swimming offers all employees’ flexible working hours, helping to achieve a great work-life balance.

Our swim schools have work available during the day with school groups as well as morning, evening or weekend learn-to-swim.

Typically positions include Swim Teacher, Team Leaders and Reception/Customer Service Officers

Swimming Teachers

Become a learn-to-swim teacher and make a real difference in people's lives. If you enjoy the water and love children this could be the career for you.

We can also train you!! You don't necessarily need any experience to become a fully qualified swimming teacher ... just the right attitude and a desire to learn.

Just Swimming runs nationally recognised AUSTSWIM and Swim Australia Teacher qualification courses. These courses are affordable, accessible and largely self-paced courses. By meeting (and exceeding!) the Federal Government’s requirements, your accreditation goes with you anywhere in Australia. Australian teachers and coaches are also highly regarded overseas.

We are willing to assist newly qualified teachers to develop their skills. Just Swimming offers new teachers the opportunity to complete their 20 hours training within our swim schools which is a requirement in obtaining Austswim or SAT qualification.
