Class size: 7 maximum
Lesson length: 40 - 60 minutes

Dolphin group is designed to consolidate the four competitive strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) and water safety initiatives.  Swimmers are prepared for continued involvement in competitive or fitness squads.

All classes are conducted by friendly, qualified and experienced instructors and focus on your child’s individual development in sequential progressive stages.

Dolphin Silver includes the consolidation of technique in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, with an introduction to butterfly.  Swimmers improve their endurance by swimming distances greater than 50 metres. Diving and turning skills are further developed.

Dolphin Gold consolidates skills learnt in all previous levels and prepares swimmers for competitive or fitness squad training, life saving awards and other aquatic sports.  Water safety initiatives such as clothed swims and tows are completed in this level.

Swimmers are prepared for continued involvement in competitive or fitness squads.
